NOTIFICATION

No. MRQ. 6/2023/L.A. Case No - 1/2024/129.- Whereas in the opinion of the Collector of Morigaon, it is expedient or necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with "Construction of T/Dyke on left bank of river Kollong from Dighaliati to Telahi including construction of Sluice gates", therefore, in pursuance of section 9 of Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 the Collector of Morigaon is pleased to order that the land as per scheduled below measuring an area of 33 Bighas 0 Kathas 7 Lechas of village Thekeraguri under Uttarkhola Mouza in Morigaon Revenue Circle of Morigaon District shall be acquired.
