NOTIFICATION

No. MRQ.6/2023/Part-I/LA case No.2/2024/51.- Whereas in the opinion of the District Collector of Morigaon, it is expedient or necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with "Construction of T/Dyke on left bank of river Kollong from Dighaliati to Telahi including construction of Sluice gates", therefore, in pursuance of section 9 of Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 the District Collector of Morigaon is pleased to order that the land as per scheduled mentioned below measuring an land area of 5 Bighas 3 Kathas 12 Lechas of village Patrabori under Uttarkhola Mouza in Morigaon Revenue Circle of Morigaon District shall be acquired.
