NOTIFICATION

No. MRQ. 3/2023/LA Case No. 3/2024/37.- Whereas in the opinion of the Collector of Morigaon, it is expedient or necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with flood control and anti-erosion measures, embankment and drainage namely under the scheme "Immediate measure to recoupment of breach like damage of F/E along Kollong river from Raha to Jagi (R/B) at Domal under SDRF for the year 2022-2l (Ex post facto)", therefore, in pursuance of section 9 of Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 the Collector of Morigaon is pleased to order that the land as per scheduled below measuring an area of 1 Bigha 1 Kathas 0 Lecha of village Charaihagi under Niz Tetelia Mouza in Morigaon Rev. Circle of Morigaop District shall be acquired.
