NOTIFICATION

No. MRQ.1/2024/Pt.I/LA Case No. 5/2024/35 .- Whereas in the opinion of the District Collector of Morigaon, it is expedient or necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with "RCC drain for diverting the storm water from the construction site of the New Medical College and Hospital at Morigaon", now therefore, in pursuance of section 9 of Assam Land Requisition and Acquisition Act, 1964 the District Collector of Morigaon is pleased to order that the land as per schedule below measuring an total area of 0 Bigha 2 Katha 0 Lessas in the village Baghara under Niz-Tetelia Mouza in Morigaon Revenue Circle of Morigaon District shall be acquired.
