NOTIFICATION

No.ECF. 439104/2024/16.- The Governor of Assam is pleased to declare the schedule of the land given below as Compensatory Afforestation Reserve at the disposal of the District Commissioner, Sonitpur. .
This land shall be used for providing lands towards compensatory afforestation mandated to be given to the jurisdictional Forest Authorities under Environment & Forest Department from time to time in lieu of necessary diversion of forest land for important projects of public nature -. National Highways, State Highways, Major District Roads, Power Projects, Exploration & Production (E&P) Projects etc.
SCHEDULE OF THE LAND:
