Tenancy Case No. 82/2014.- Whereas the tenant named below has been found entitled to acquire ownership rights/intermediary rights of his landlords under Section 21 of the Assam (Temporarily Settled Areas) Tenancy Act, 1971 (Assam Act XXIII of 1971);
And whereas the said tenants have/tenants has applied and deposited the compensation under sub-section (1)/sub-section (2) of Section 23 of the aforesaid Act;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1)/sub section (2) of Section 23 of the said Act, it is hereby declared that the tenant/tenants named in column (1) of the Schedule below have/has acquired the ownership rights/intermediary rights ............ of the landlord's mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule free from all encumbrance with effect from ......... (date).
