NOTIFICATION

No. MRQ.6/2023/Pt.II/LA Case No. 6/2024/91 .-Whereas in the opinion of the Collector of Morigaon it is expedient or necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with "Construction of T/Dyke on left bank of river Kollong from Dighaliati to Telahi including construction'of Sluice gates", therefore, in pursuance of section 9 of Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 the Collector of Morigaon is pleased to order that the land as per scheduled below measuring an area of 10 Bigha 1 Katha 15 Lessa of village Morikalang under Uttarkhola Mouza in Morigaon Rev. Circle of Morigaon District shall be acquired.
