NOTIFICATION

No. MRQ.2/2022/LA Case No. 8/2024/312 .-Whereas in the opinion of the Collector of Morigaon it is expedient or necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with "Construction of T/Dyke along right bank of river Killong from Ouguri to NH-Way" now therefore, in pursuance of section 9 of Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act,, 1964 the Collector of Morigaon is pleased to order that the land as per scheduled below measuring an area of 15 Bigha 1 Katha 15 Lessa S.P. land, 39 Bigha 3 Katha 18 Lessa R. Grant land total 55 Bigha 0 Katha 13 Lessa in the Village Killing Bagsa under Uttarkhola Mouza in Morigaon Rev. Circle of Morigaon District shall be acquired.
