NOTIFICATION

ECF. 438438/21.- In view of formation of newly elected Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) Bodies, the Governor of Assam is pleased to entrust the PRI Bodies to exercise power and perform functions and duties as envisaged in the Assam Panchayat Act, 1994.
All earlier orders issued vide Notification No. E-438438/14 dated 6th March, 2024, No. E- 438438/15 dated 6th March, 2024 and No. E-438438/16 dated 3rd July, 2024 will cease to exist for the respective PRI Bodies, as and when constituted.
