E No. 654648/577.- In continuation of this department's OM E No. 654648/ 494 dated 31st January, 2026, it is clarified that the effect of the OM E No. 654648/ 494 dated 30th January, 2026 will be retrospective, that is from the date from which the OM No. FSI. 17/2022/10 dated 14th December, 2022 has been issued.
The other terms and conditions laid down in the No. FSI.17/2022/10 dated 14th December, 2022, No. E-299720/01 dated 29th May, 2023 and Office Memorandum E No. 654648/494 dated 30th January, 2026 remains unchanged.
