No. LAA. 295/09/528.- In exercise of power as provided in Rule 5 (iii) of Assam Medical Attendance Rules-2008, the Governor of Assam in consultation with the Hon'ble Speaker, Assam Legistative Assembly is pleased to constitute the Admissibility Board for settlement of Medical Reimbursement claims of Hon'ble Speaker, Deputy Speaker, Leader of the Opposition and Members and Officers of the Assam Legislative Assembly (Committee Officer/Superintendent and above) and their eligible dependent family members with the following Members.
