NOTIFICATION

No. SEC.61/2025/13.- In pursuance of Rule 105 of the Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council (Election) Rules, 2010, and in supersession of this Commission's Notification No. SEC.28/2023/163 dated 30th November, 2024, the Assam State Election Commission hereby fixes the miximum limit of election expenses which may be incurred by a candidate for the ensuing election to the Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council at Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only).
