In the interest of public service , Shri Sanjay Buragohain , Assistant Executive Engineer , Guwahati Investigation Circle , Chandmari is deputed to Flood and River Erosion Management Agency of Assam ( FREMAA ) as Assistant Executive Officer( Technical ) initially for a period of one year w.e.f. the date of his joining the post as per following terms and conditions of deputation as finalized by the Chief Executive Officer , FREMAA with the approval of Finance ( Estt . - A) Department as conveyed vide Finance Department U/ O dtd . 08/11/2010 .
TERMS & CONDITIONS ON DEPUTATION
1) During the period of deputation the officer will be entitled to draw the next higher pay band with grade pay /same pay in the pay band with higher grade pay attached to the post on the same line of promotion plus other allowances as admissible to the State Govt . employees .
11) FREMAA shall bear the liability for payment of Leave Salary and Pension Contribution of the deputed employee annually according to the rates in force from time to time. In case of the deputed employee who is a member of New Defined Contribution Pension Scheme 2009, the employee's contribution will be recovered from his / her salary and equal matching share shall be paid by FREMAA. The sum so recovered and due by FREMAA shall be paid in subsequent month to the Nodal Office of the NPS .
FREMAA shall pay the leave salary in respect of disability leave granted to the employee on account of any disability incurred through Foreign Service even if such disability manifests after the termination of the Foreign Service .
IV) Subscription towards Group Insurance Scheme 1981 and subscription/ refund towards General Provident Fund (except for the deputed employee who is a member of New Defined Contribution Pension Scheme 2009 ) will be deducted and deposited in proper head of account by FREMAA .
V) Thedeputed employee shall remain subject to the leave rules as are applicable to theservice of which the employee is a member .
VI) Thedeputed employee shall be entitled to medical facilities not inferior to those which the employee would have enjoyed in the State Govt . Service , but for his deputation to FREMAA .
VII) Thewhole expenditure in respect of any compensatory allowance for the period of leave during and/ or at the end of Foreign Service before the employee rejoins hisparent department Under the State Govt . will be borne by the FREMAA .
VIII ) The deputed employee will be entitled to travel concession from FREMAA in the scale he is entitled to under the State Govt . and the cost of such concession will be borne by the FREMAA.
IX) The deputed employee shall furnish returns of movable' and immovable properties owned by him annually.
X) Thedeputed employee will be paid traveling allowance by FREMAA for the journeys to take up the assignment and to return therefrom as well for journeys , if any, the connection with the works of FREMAA . Travelling allowances ( both ways) on transfer for the family of the deputed employee will be paid by the FREMAA.
XI) The joining time pay of the deputed employee while proceeding on Foreign Service and in reversion there from shall be paid as admissible under rules by the FREMAA.

XII) The date of commencement and termination of the Foreign Service of the deputed employee shall be regulated in accordance with the provision of Assam Fundamental Rules and Subsidiary Rules .
XIII ) The outstanding Govt . dues , if any will be paid by the officer during his deputation and the Foreign Employer will have to take responsibility to credit the amount to the State Govt . revenue regularly .
XIV) All other terms and conditions will be governed by the rules and regulations of theGovt . of Assam .

TENDER NOTICE
No. Bn4 / Q/ AT/ 2016-17/ 546-56.- Sealed tender affixing non refundable Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 8.25/ - ( Rupees eight and twenty five paisa) only are invited from the Suppliers /Contractors for supply of Miscellaneous articles to this unit for the financial year of 2017-18. The quotations will be received by the undersigned at 4th A.P. Battalion , Kahilipara , Guwahati - 19 up to 12:00 Hrs . on 27-03-2017 and will be open on the same day at 01:00 Hrs. in presence of the tenderer or their representatives .
The Tenderer must be supported together with earnest money of Rs . 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand) only in the form of KVP / NSC/ FDR/ Bank Draft etc. duly pledged in favour of undersigned without which tender will not to be considered.
The Tenderer will have to furnish up to date VAT registration certificate , VAT Clearance Certificate, Firms /Contractors registration certificate , PAN Card , Tin No. and without which tender will not be accepted. All documents submitted by the tenderer should be attested by a Govt. Gazetted Officer.
Tenderer must quoted their rates in the prescribe form which is available in the Office of the undersigned neatly written/typed in both figures and words inclusive of all taxes and transportation charge , destination being 4th A.P. Battalion , Kahilipara, Guwahati - 19 and the rates must be tallied with the market rates .
Thesuccessful tenderer will have to deposit security money of Rs . 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) only which will be released on completion of the duration to supply.
The selected tenderer will have to the supply the intending articles within 3 (three) days on receipt of the supply order . The supplier will have to replace the rejected articles immediately attheir own cost.
The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rates tender if not reasonable. He also reserve the right to accept or cancel any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
The details list of supply articles are enclosed herewith . In case of holiday on the receiving day, the tender /quotation will be received on the next working day and terms and condition will remain same.
