No. CON . 4/2017/17.- Whereas Sri Banibrata Chakraborty while working as Junior Engineer, PWRD. Nilambazar Rural Road Sub - division , Nilambazar , Karimganj , Assam has indulged in negligence of duty and because of his negligence and failure to construct the RCC Bridge No. 2/1 ( 2/2 ) on Bahadurpur to Thamua Road under PMGSY package No.AS - 13-31 as per specification , the bridge has collapsed on 22/02/2017 and there is prima facie evidence to proceed against him;
And where as disciplinary proceedings have been contemplated against Sri Banibrata Chakraborty, Junior Engineer for the aforesaid act ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6 of the Assam Services (Discipline & Appeal ) Rules , 1964 Sri Banibrata Chakraborty , Junior Engineer , PWRD , Nilambazar Rural Road Subdivision , Nilambazar , Karimganj , Assam is placed under suspension with immediate effect pendingdrawal of Departmental Proceedings against him.
It is not permissible for him without previous sanction of the Govt. to accept private employment or to do business while under suspension in view of the provision of Rule 12 of the Assam CivilService (Conduct ) Rules, 1965. If while under suspension he accepts private employment or does business in violation of Rule 12 of the Assam Civil Services ( Conduct) Rules , 1965 , he willbe guilty of misconduct and will be liable to be dealt with accordingly. He is also liable in that case to forfeit his claim for subsistence allowance . The Head Quarter of Sri Banibrata Chakraborty, Junior Engineer during the period of suspension will be Nilambazar , Karimganj . He will not leave the Head Quarter without prior written permission from the competent authority.

No. CE/ BR/ 131/ 2015 / 51.- With reference to the Press Notice issued vide No. CE/BR/ 131/ 2015/42 Dated Guwahati the 25th January, 2017, for the work " Construction of Road from Bamunbari to Grab T.E. Tiniali via Aghunbari ( Moran Sologuri Extension ) in Dibrugarh Rural Road Division under CRF for the year 2016-17 ( length = 22.72 km ) [ Job No. CRF /AS /2016-17 / 128 ] , ( approx. Estimated amount of work Rs . 37.06 crore) is dropped from the NIT due to some technical reason until further notice . The NIT for this work will be notified later on and all other jobs will remain same.

TENDER NOTICE
No. Bn4 / Q/ AT/ 2016-17 / 568-78.- Sealed tender affixing non refundable Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 8.25/- (Rupees eight and twenty five paisa) only are invited from the Suppliers /Contractors for supply of Electrical Goods to this unit for the financial year of 2017-18 . The quotations will be received by the undersigned at 4th A.P. Battalion, Kahilipara , Guwahati - 19 up to 12:00 Hrs . on 27-03-2017 and will be open on the same day at 01:00 Hrs . in presence of the tenderer or their representatives .
The Tenderer must be supported together with earnest money of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand) only in the form of KVP / NSC /FDR/ Bank Draft etc. duly pledged in favour of undersigned without which tender will not to be considered .
The Tenderer will have to furnish up to date VAT registration certificate, VAT Clearance Certificate, Firms/Contractors registration certificate , PAN Card , Tin No. and without which tender will not be accepted . All documents submitted by the tenderer should be attested by a Govt. Gazetted Officer.
Tenderer must quoted their rates in the prescribe form which is available in the Office of the undersigned neatly written/typed in both figures and words inclusive of all taxes and transportation charge, destination being 4th A.P. Battalion , Kahilipara , Guwahati - 19 and the rates must be tallied with the market rates .
The successful tenderer will have to deposit security money of Rs. 2,000 / - (Rupees two thousand) only which will be released on completion of the duration to supply.
The selected tenderer will have to the supply the intending articles within 3 ( three) days on receipt of the supply order. The supplier will have to replace the rejected articles immediately attheir own cost.
The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rates tender if not reasonable . He also reserve the right to accept or cancel any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
The details list of supply articles are enclosed herewith . In case of holiday on the receiving day, the tender/quotation will be received on the next working day and terms and condition will remain same.
