No.FRE.152 /2015/ 111.- Whereas an inquiry under Rule 9 (2) of Assam Services (Discipline & Appeal ) Rules 1964 is being held against Shri Musharraf Hussain Choudhury (U/ S ) , the then Forest Ranger Morigaon Range under Nagaon Division , Nagaon.
And; whereas the Governor of Assam considers that an Inquiry Officer should be appointed to enquire into the charges framed against him.
Now therefore, the Governor of Assam in exercise of the powers conferred by the Rule 9 (4 ) of Assam services (Discipline & Appeal ) Rules 1964 , hereby appoints Sri J. M. Kouli, IFS , Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Karbi Anglong as the Inquiry Officer to enquire into the charges framed against Shri Musharaf Hussain Choudhury , (U/S ) , Forest Ranger ..
The Inquiry Officer so appointed will submit the enquiry report within a period of 2 ( two) months from the date of issue of this order .

(2) and (3 ) ofthe Assam Autonomous Districts ( Constitution of District Councils ) Rules, 1951 , as applicable to and amended by the Karbi Anglong Autonomus Council (KAAC) , I , Sri Bidya Sing Tokbi , Chairman , KAAC , do hereby Summon the 227th Session of the KAAC to meet at 10.00 A.M. on Friday, the 17th March , 2017 and subsequent days in the Autonomous Council Session Hall at Diphu for presention of the " Inherent Subjects " Budget of KAAC for the year 2017-18 under Rule 109 ( 1 ) and discussion on and passing of the same under the provision of the said Rules .
