R/ W Sec . 120 ( B)/420 IPC and added Sec . 463/468/471/477 ( A)/ 201 IPC and placed under suspension vide Notification No.RLR.97/ 2016/ 12, dated 18th May , 2017 ; and Whereas , the Sevice of Shri Bhaskar Chandra Deva Sarma, ACS ( Under Suspension) was withdrawn from Revenue and D.M. No. FRE . 133/2015/159 . - Whereas an inquiry under Rule 9 (2 ) of Assam Services ( Discipline andAppeal) Rules 1964 is being held against Shri Tilok Bora, the then Forest Ranger Khatangpani Range under Doomdooma Division.
And; whereas the Governor of Assam considers that an Inquiry Officer should be appointed to enquire into the charges framed against him .
Now therefore, the Governor of Assam in exercise of the powers conferred by the Rule 9 (4) ofAssam services ( Discipline and Appeal ) Rules 1964 , hereby appoints Sri Muanthang Tungnung , IFS , Conservator of Forests , Eastern Assam Circle , Jorhat as the Inquiry Officer to enquire into the charges framed against Shri Tilok Bora , Forest Ranger .
The Inquiry Officer so appointed will submit the enquiry report within a period of 2 ( two) months from the date of issue of this order.
