The 7th November , 2017

No. HLB.532 /2017/ 110 . On recommendation of Assam Public Service Commission vide their letter No.43PSC / PS - 15 / 3 /2017-18 , dated 18th September, 2017 and subject to receipt of satisfactory police verification report the following Doctors who were appointed as Demonstrator / Registrar / Resident Physician / Resident Surgeon / Anaesthetist etc. in various Departments of the Medical Colleges of Assam under Regulation 3 ( f) of Assam Public Service Commission ( Limitation ofFunctions) Regulation , 1951 vide Government Notification shown against their names are hereby appointed regularly with effect from the date of recommendation of APSC i.e. 18th September, 2017 and posted as indicated against their name (s) .

The appointees will be governed by the New Pension Rules being formulated with the Contributory Pension Schemes as per Finance (Budget ) Department's letter No. BW.3 / 2003/Pt - II/ 1 , dated 25th January, 2005 and will have to furnish an undertaking to that effect to the concerned authority alongwith the joining / charge report .

No.GLR.140 / 2017 / 11. - Whereas an Industrial dispute has arisen in the matter specified in the Schedule below between the Management of Dainik Janambhumi , Jorhatand their workman Shri Dhrubajyoti Dutta.

Whereas it is considered expedient by the Government of Assam to refer the dispute for adjudication to Presiding Officer , Labour Court , Dibrugarh constituted under Section 7 of the Industrial Dispute Act , 1947 ( Act XIV of 1947) .

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause / ( d) Sub- Section( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 (Act - XIV of 1947) as amended the Governor of Assam is pleased to refer the said Dispute to the Presiding Officer , Labour Court , Dibrugarh appointed under the provisions of the said act .

1. Whether the workman Shri Dhrubajyoti Dutta is justified in claiming to reinstate him as permanent workman by vietue of his uninterrupted six years of service ? If not , whether the management is liable to clear all his dues as per the Majithia Wage Board recommendations .
