No. AGA.590/2017/ 13 . Whereas several serious allegations against Smti . Mouchumi Das , Executive Engineer (Agriculture) , Nalbari Division have been received from the Director of Agriculture , Assam .
Whereas the allegations against Smti . Mouchumi Das , Executive Engineer (Agriculture) , Nalbari Division are such that in the interest of maintenance of purity of the administration on the upkeep on proper standards of discipline and morale in service , it is to be considered expedient to place Smti . Mouchumi Das , Executive Engineer (Agriculture ) under suspension .
Now, therefore , the Governor of Assam , therefore , in exercise of powers conferredby Rule 6(2) ofthe Assam Services ( Discipline and Appeal ) Rules , 1964 is pleased to place Smti . Mouchumi Das , Executive Engineer (Agriculture ), Nalbari Division under suspension with immediate effect pending to the drawal of Departmental Proceeding .
During the period of suspension , she is not allowed to leave the Head Quarter without prior permission from the competent authority. It will also not be permissible for her to accept private employment or to do business while under suspension .
