No. FSB . 43 /2009 /450.- In exercise of power conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act1955 ( 10 of 1955) and in pursuance of the Govt . of India's Notification No. S. O. 3422 (E) dated 25th October, 2017 issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution , Department of ConsumerAffairs , the Government of Assam hereby makes the following order to amend the Removal of Licensing Requirements , Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions on Specified Food stuffs ( Sixth Amendment ) Order , 2016 , namely : -

(2) It shall come into force from the 29th day of October, 2017 .

2) Online mode of submission of both Technical and Financial Bid is mandatory.
3) In the event of date of bid opening being a holiday , the activities will take place on the next working day.
4) A hard copy the Technical bid submitted online is also to be submitted at the Office chamber of the undersigned on or before 28-02-2018 up to 14.00 hrs for evaluation purpose . For any discrepancy between the online bid and hard copy of the bid , the online bid will govern and will be considered for evaluation.
5.Along with the hard copy of the Technical bid , the following documents ( in original ) must also be submitted on or before 28-02-2018 up to 14.00 hrs
(a) Original Power of Attorney for signing the BID , if any
(b) BID Securities in the form of Original Bank Guarantee / FD from a Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank .
(c) Original DD/Banker's Cheque for Rs 12500/- in favour of " Assam State Road Board Maintainenance fund Guwahati , account No.10566991479 of S.B.I , New Guwahati Branch of Brarnich Code No.221 towards cost of Bid document for the job.
6) Bidders are advised to scan their Technical Papers at 100dpi ( In Black & White mode ) in " pdf" format for multiple pages with maximum file size of 25MB . If numbers of pages exceeds , the bidders are advised to create multiple files and upload the same in " Upload Additional Document " stage .
7) All the interested bidders are requested to read the bid document carefully before submission of their bid .
