5. If any eligible candidates does not receive the call letter in due time through postal department , he/she shall have to collect his /her call letter from the personnel branch , o/o the Deputy Commissioner, Chirang on or before the date of respective test/ Examination . No admission will be allowed to the candidates for entering in the examination hall without production of call letter pasted with attested photographs of the applicant .
6. In case of sl no 3,4 & 5 selection shall be made as per Govt guideline .
7. The committee has the right to accept or reject the candidature of any candidates at any stage of recruitment after proper scrutiny of the documents/ testimonials etc.
8. The selected candidates will have to submit an undertaking to the appointing authority that they will abide by the New Pension rule of the Govt issued vide finance Dept.L/ No.BW.2/ 03 /Pt - II / 1 dtd 25/01/2005 .
