8.25 ( Rupees Eight and twenty paise ) only are hereby invited from the intending tenders/ suppliers for supply of good quality of Spare Motor parts and repairing jobs etc. as shown in the list of goods for the financial year 2018-19 in office of the undersigned . 8. In the event of any manufacturing defect being detected after the supply of articles , the Commandant , 10th Assam Police Battalion will be at liberty to return the supplied articles at expense ofthe contractor and in each case the contractor shall replace the articles within 24 hours .

9. In the event of failure of selected contractor to complete the supply within the stipulated time, the contractor shall be liable to terminated and the security money will be forfeited to the Govt .

10. The scaled cover containing the tender must be inscribed as " Tender of Supply of good quality of spare motor parts and repairing jobs" for the year 2018-19 on the top of the envelop.

11. The tender must be in a position to supply the stores at Battalion Hqr. within 24 hours . On receipt of the supply order and only best quality spare as per indent will be accepted . The supplier is liable to replace the parts at his own cost which are found to be low quality and other then the required company even after delivery / fitting . The rates of each item for different types of vehicles such as Gypsy, Bolero , Tata Sumo , Thar , Bajaj Pulsar, Discover , Bullet, TVS Victor, Hero Achiver Tata ( 407,709,1512 TC Bus ) Leyland Bus should be quoted separately with the said name noted against each item in accordance with the list .

12. The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rates and may reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
