No. HMB.166/2017/ 171 . On recomendation of Assam Public Service Commission vide letter No.119PSC/ PS - 15 / 2017-2018 , dated 22nd June , 2018 , Shri Rakesh Sarma ( Open Category) is appointed temporarily as Scientific Officer ( Ballistic Division ) and posted in the Directorate of Forensic Science , Assam , Kahilipara , Guwahati - 19 against the existing vacancy in the Pay Band ( PB - 4 ) of Rs.30,000/ - Rs.1,10,000/ - with Grade Pay of Rs . 12,700 /- PM plus other allowances as admissible as per Rule .
The inter - se- seniority of the incumbent shall be determined in due course as per rule .
The candidate so appointed shall have to submit an Undertaking in a Non- Judical Stamp Paper as follows : -
" I understand and accept that Government servants joining in the service of State Government on or after 1st of February, 2005 shall not be governed by the existing Assam Service ( Pension) Rules , 1969 and orders issued there under from time to time and that their pension and other retirement benefits will be governed by a set of new pension rules under the provision of 'The New Defined Contribution Pension Scheme' " .
The newly appointed pension should join in the office of the Directorate of Forensic Science , Assam, Kahilipara , Guwahati - 19 within 15 ( fifteen) days from the date of receipt of this order failing which this appointment will automatically stand cancelled.
