NOTIFICATION

No. FB /IV - 74/ 2013 /PT/91 . - The following ABSIs of different Districts / Units/Training Institutes selected by the Departmental Selection Board are allowed to officiate in the rank of Inspector (AB) temporarily in the revised Pay Band of Rs . 22000-87000 + Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible under the rule and posted to different Districts / Units / Training Institutes subject to the condition that there should be no Court case / Departmental Proceeding etc. pending or contemplated against anyone of them and the period of punishment if any is not operative now.
The promotion is considered based on seniority cum merit basis and taking into account of the provision ofthe "Assam SC & ST Reservation Rules 1983 " as ammended in October , 2012 and also as per " Post BasedRoster" in pursuance of the order ofthe Hon'ble Supreme court of India and Govt . instruction thereon .
They should be released / absorbed immediately on receipt of this order with intimation to this Hqrs . The transfer and posting has been approved by P.E.B on 24th October , 2018.
Asrecommended by the Selection Board for Promotion ofABSIs to Inspector (AB) , the promoted officers should be sent through an Induction Training Course at B.T.C. Dergaon .

GSA.136/ 2018/ 22.- Whereas the attention of the Chancellor of Bodoland University was drawn on news items published in the media ( Amar Asom , local vernacular daily on 4th, 6th , 7th , 8th & 13th August , 2018) and subsequently on the basis of reports sought and submitted on the same news reports by the Vice Chancellor ofBodoland University and also request of the Vice Chancellor for sending Vigilance Committee for investigation vide his letter No. BU/VC/ Sec - 1 /2018 / 817 dated . 8th August , 2018 , the Chancellor of Bodoland University is prima facie satisfied that an enquiry is required to be conducted.
And whereas in view of the above , the Chancellor of Bodoland University, in exercise of the power conferred upon him under Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 9 of Bodoland University Act . , 2009 is pleased to constitute an Enquiry Committee under the Chairmanship of Prof. T. B. Subba , Department of Anthropology, North- Eastern Hill University, Shillong and Mrs. Krishna Gohain , IAS , Secretary to the Govt . of Assam , Higher Education Department as Member to enquire into various allegations on irregularities pertaining to administration including appointments , academics including admission , examination and results etc.
The Committee may, during the enquiry, visit the University, enquire such documents that it deems necessary, take copies , record statements and may have discussion with the VC and other persons/ organizations etc. in this connection.
The Committee shall submit its report , after enquiry, within a period of one and a half months from the date of issue of this notification.
The Registrar of Bodoland University is directed to provide all logistic supports , TA/ DA , and honorarium , and necessary secretarial assistance to the enquiry officers wherever and whenever required.

I, Kunjalata Karmakar daughter of Late Boga Karmakar wife of Imdad Hussain an inhabitant of Village Mandakata , P.O.- Mandakata , P.S.- Baihata Chariali in the District of Kamrup have changed my name from Kunjalata Karmakar to Rejina Begum by swearing an affidavit in the Court ofNotary at Kamrup (M) on dated 25th October, 2018 .
Henceforth , I shall be known as Rejina Begum instead of Kunjalata Karmakar for all purposes .
