No. FRE.170 / 2017 ( A)/ 166 . Whereas an inquiry under Rule 9 (2) of Assam Services (Discipline and Appeal ) Rules 1964 is being held against Shri Rafiqul Islam Ahmed , the then Forest Lakhipur Range under Goalpara Division .
And; whereas the Governor of Assam considers that an Inquiry Officer should be appointed to enquire into the charges framed against him .
Now therefore , the Governor of Assam in exercise of the powers conferred by the Rule 9 ( 4) of Assam services ( Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1964 , hereby appoints Sri M. Parties should be financially sound and their net worth should be equal or more than tendered amount as on 31st March , 2018 Certificates of adequate banking facilities/credits limits availed by contractors / firms are to be furnished . Banking facilities /credit limits availed by the contractor/ firms should be adequate enough for smooth and timely execution of the project .
5. Tender will be received by the undersigned upto 5 P.M on 28th February, 2019 and Technical Bid will be opened on 5th March , 2019 at 12:00 Noon in presence of tenderers who are requested to attend the opening of the tender , Date of opening of Financial Bid will be intimated later on.
6. Tender must be accompanied by Earnest Money of the amount specified for the work in Table- I, in the form of NSC / KVP/ FDR/ CDR or DAN /B.G. from any Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank duly pledged in favour of the Special Director General of Police- cum- Director of Fire & Emergency Services , Assam , Guwahati . Earnest Money shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the Tender. Tenders without requisite Earnest Money shall be summarily rejected .
7. The successful tenderer will be required to execute an agreement with the undersigned and to deposit an amount of 2 % ( two percent ) of the work value as security deposit in the form of NSC/ KVP /BD /FDR or BG of Nationalized/schedule Bank before commencement of works .
8. Sealed Tender must be delivered to the undersigned . If for any reason last date of receiving and opening of tender is declared a holiday, the same will be received and opened on the next working day.

10. The contractors shall be responsible for the defect liability period of 12 ( twelve ) months after the project is completed . An undertaking should be submitted by the tenderer.
11. Taxes as per rule in force will be deducted from the bill of organisation/ firm at the time of payment.
Special conditions : a) The authority is not bound to accept and make allotment to the lowest tenderer and reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders received without assigning any reason .
b) Payment/proportionate payment will be made subject to the availability of fund/ part fund under proper head of account . No claim ( including interest of bill ) whatsoever will be entertained for delayed payment due to non receipt of fund in time from Govt . and the department will in no case be responsible for the same .

I , Pranali Nath wife of Prafulla Nath an inhabitant of Village- Changsari , P.O.- Changsari , P.S.- Changsari in the District of Kamrup have changed my daughter's name from Kitty Nath to Krity Nath by swearing an affidavit in the Court of Notary at Kamrup on dated 12th March , 2019 .
Henceforth , she will be known as Krity Nath instead of Kitty Nath for all purposes .

The policy would be valid for 5 ( five) years i.e. upto 30th November, 2018 or till such time as the council may consider fit and proper.

Heis hereby directed to hand over the charge of Dotma Rev- enue Circle to Sri Dwithun Borgoyary, ACS , being allowed to join and take the charge as Circle Officer ofDotma Revenue Circle . Further, Sri Ansula Basumatary, ACS is hereby directed to join in his new place ofposting with immediate effect as earlier order as stated.
