No.PHED - 377/2018/134: - On recommendation of APSC vide their letter No.264PSC / PS - 15 // 2017-18 , Dt.21.11.2018 and in the interest of public service the Governor of Assam is pleased to appoint the following Junior Engineers [ Civil ] under Public Health Engineering Department in the pay scale of Rs.14000/ - to 49000 / - (PB -2) with grade pay Rs.8700 / - P.M. plus other allowances as admissible under Rule and posted against the vacant post as shown against their names.

Moni Deka daughter of Late Bidur Chandra Deka wife of Sri Munindra Deka an inhabitant of Town- Jyotikuchi , P.O.- Sawkuchi , P.S.- Fatasil Ambari in the District of Kamrup (M) have changed my father's name from Late Bidur Chandra Deka to Late Ram Chetry by swearing an affidavit in the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class at Kamrup ( M ) on dated 14th March , 2019 .
Henceforth, he will be known as Late Ram Chetry instead of Late Bidur Chandra Deka for all purposes .
