TheCommittee will decide on all matters related to the project and terms of

for various activities under the project ;
(d) Itwill finalize the Annual Action Plan for the Project;

(f) The Committee may also take up projects at the State level in relation to
propagation of Yoga within the state of Assam including setting up of world class
institutes etc .;
(g) TheCommittee will review the performance of the districts every 6 months and will
also review the expenditure of funds allocated to each district .

Rosy Gogoi , Assistant Directors, Headquarter of the Directorate of Town and Country Planning , Assam in Real Estate Regulatory Authority , Assam initially for a period of 15 ( fifteen ) days in addition to their own duties.
Their Functions would be as follows:
1. They would peruse all the passed files and check whether the Registration fees were correctly levied on the Promoters/ Builders and whether the Promoters/ Builders have deposited the same of the approved projects under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Assam in conjunction with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development ) Act , 2016 and the Assam Real Estate (Regulation and Development ) Rules, 2017. They are also to ascertain whether the Promoters /Builders of Registered Projects under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Assam have opened a separate Account in a Scheduled Bank as per Section 4 ( 2 ) D of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development ) Act , 2016. They would submit a report to this Department on the aforesaid matter .
2. Moreover , they would perform any other work as allotted by Officer- in- Charge, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Assam from time to time .
