3. While implementing the OBPS in Assam , priority will be given initially to Nagaon . Later , it
may be extended to all the ULBs of Assam under UDD .
4. While trying to replicate the OBPS model of Tripura , the committee will examine the relevant
para/ clauses of building Bye - laws and other relevant rules / documents etc.
5. The Committee will submit its report to Urban Development Department for next course of
action.
6 The Committee may consult with line Department/ Expert in the technical and financial aspects
of the bid if and when feels necessary.

Whereas , it is decided by the appointing authority that reinstatement of Shri Mrigen Haloi , Agricultural Development Officer , Bentol , Chirang , BTAD, Assam at this stage may not be in the interest of the public service.
