Level ) , Bilasipara and Dinabandhu Srom Aru Thika SS Ltd , Bilasipara held on 03.11.2019 for merging Dinubandhu Srom Aru Thika S.S. Ltd , Bilasipara with Dinubandhu Savings and Credit C.S. Ltd. Level ) Bilasipara and all condition mentioned in the decision of the meeting , Dinabandhu Srom Aru Thika SS Ltd. ought to be dissolved as Section 15 of the Assam Cooperative Societies Act . , 2007.

Now, therefore pending drawal of departmental proceeding the Governor of Assam is pleased to place Shri Angshuman Bhuyan , Forest Ranger attached to the Divisional Forest Officer , Eastern Assam Wildlife Division , Bokakhat under suspension with immediate effect under Rule 6 ( 1 ) of the Assam Services ( Discipline & Appeal ) Rules , 1964 .
The Head Quarter of Shri Angshuman Bhuyan , Forest Ranger ( U/S ) is fixed in the office of the Working Plan Officer , Upper Assam Circle , Jorhat .
During the period of suspension , Shri Angshuman Bhuyan , Forest Ranger ( U /S ) is allowed to draw his subsistence allowance under the provision FR 53 ( I) ( ii ) ( a) subject to condition under sub - Rule ( 2 ) of F.R.53 .

IX of 1935 ) , the Governor of Assam is pleased to issue licence to Md . Ali Akbar Talukdar , S/ O Makbul Hussain Talukdar , village No. 2 Larkuchi , P.O. Larkuchi , P.S. Mukalmua , Dist . - Nalbari within the jurisdiction of Barkhetri , Dist . - Nalbari , Assam to registrar Muslim marriages and Divorces .
TheMuslim Marriage Registrar will function as per provision laid down in the Assam Muslim Marriages & Divorces Registration Act , 1935 ( Assam Act. IX of 1935) and Rules and Regulations framed there under . He will be entitled to remuneration as per table of fees prescribed in Schedule IV of the Assam Muslim Marriages & Divorces Registration Act , 1935 and as per provision laid down in Rule 20 and 23 of the Rule framed under the said Act . During the period of incumbency as Muslim Marriage Registrar , he will not be allowed to hold any other salaried appointment without permission from the District Registrar . He will be confirmed after passing the Departmental Examination as provided in Rule7 of the above Rules . If he fails to pass the Departmental Examination within 3 ( three ) years from the date of his appointment on probation he shall be removed from his office.

Whereas as reported by the Divisional Forest Officer , Goalpara Division, Shri Julfikar Alam, Forest Ranger , Central Range , Krishnai under Goalpara Division has showed his willful negligence towards controlling illegalities , direct connivance with illegal doer / smuggler to carry on illegal activities on destruction of forest and forest produce , negligence of Govt . duties and direct violation of Arm Force Act , 1959 .
Now, therefore pending drawal of departmental proceeding the Governor of Assam is pleased to place Shri Julfikar Alam , Forest Ranger , Central Range , Krishnai under Goalpara Division under suspension with immediate effect under Rule 6 ( 1 ) of the Assam Services (Discipline & Appeal ) Rules , 1964.
The Head Quarter of Shri Julfikar Alam , Forest Ranger ( U/S) is fixed in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer , Goalpara Division .
During the period of suspension, Shri Julfikar Alam , Forest Ranger (U /S ) is allowed to draw his subsistence allowance under the provision FR 53 ( I ) ( ii ) ( a) subject to condition under sub- Rule ( 2) of F.R.53 .

No. FSA 79 / 2017/Pt . / 73.- In pursuance with the recommendation of the State Level Price Stabilisation Fund Management Committee and Para 6 of the PSF Guidelines , the Governor of Assam is pleased to include the following Paragraphs in the Operational Guidelines of the " Price Stabilisation Fund " Notified vide No. FSA 79 / 2017 /Pt.1/64 dated 23-09-2019
Para 3 ( B ) ( viii ) SLPSFMC will take decision regarding plėdging of its existing fixed deposits as Collateral Security in nationalised Banks to enable State Agencies to obtain short term Cash Credit/ Working Capital loans for procurement of Notified Commodities and in such cases , the interest payable to the Banks on the respective Cash Credit/ Working Capital Loan shall be borne by the respective State Agency .
Para 1 ( iii ) Proposals of the State Agencies for Procurement of notified commodities from farmers at minimum Support Price such as Paddy and delivery of processed commodities such as Custom Milled Rice ( CMR ) to Food Corporation of India ( FCI ) shall be admissible under the Price Stabilisation Fund to avoid distress sale of Paddy/ notified commodities by farmers whenever the price of the commodity such as paddy in market falls below Minimum Support Price (MSP ) .

1. In the first instance , it has to be noted that the printing of the weekly Gazette must be completed by the end of every Tuesday so that it may be duly published on every Wednesday.

3. Wherever it is necessary to print and publish a notification on a specified date ( excluding such Notification or communicate as are to be published in Gazette extraordinary ) clear instruction ofthat effect must be given to the Deputy Director, Assam Government Press , both on the body of such notification within the indication at the top in the red ink and is a separate covering .
4. To achieve the objective in papers 2 and 3 , it is essential that proper discretion should be exercised by the concerned officers in the Department or office and all matters for publication in the Gazette should scrutinised and sent to the Press after careful application .
5. As for publication of any matters in a Gazette , Extraordinary, the existing procedure whereby the prior approval of the General Administration Department is to be obtained will continue .
