Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred under section 10 ( 3 ) of the Industrial Dispute Act , 1947 , the Governor of Assam is pleased to prohibit the continuance of Lock out declared by the management of Hatikhira Tea Estate , Karimganj with immediate effect .

No. GPE.19 /1991 / 166.- Applications in standard form , published in the Assam Gazette , part - IX are invited from the intending candidates for filling up the vacant post of Revenue Sheristadar in the office of the Deputy Commissioner , Golaghat in the Pay Band - 3 , Rs . 22000/- to Rs.97,000/-Grade Pay Rs.11,500/- Ρ.Μ. plusother allowances as admissible under the Rule to fill up the post as per provision of the Assam Ministerial District Establishment Services Rules , 1967 ( as amended ) . The applicants must have served for at least 15 ( fifteen ) yeas in any Deputy Commissioner's Establishment , Assam and should have experience of working in different Branches in General and Revenue Branches in particular .
Theapplications stating age , Educational qualification , Home address and Experience in various Branches including the period on incumbency should be sent together with the attested copies of the certificates / testimonials in support of his candidature to reach the undersigned on or before 02-03-2020 . The application will be received at the Personnel Branch of the O/ O the Deputy Commissioner , Golaghat during office hours . No application will be entertained after 5 PM on 2nd. March / 2020 . If any applicant desires to submit application by post , the envelop should be superscribed as " APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF REVENUE SHERISTADAR " in Block Capital letters . Application received by post after 5PM of 2nd March/ 2020 shall not be considered as valid candidature.
Applications should be submitted through proper channel . The candidates will have to appear before an Interview Board at their own expenses as and when called for .
No TA/ DA will be entertained for the journey as and when called for selection .
