No. GLR.9/ 2018 / Pt / 22 - Whereas an Industrial disputes has arisen in the matter specified in the Schedule below between the Management of Bogidhala Tea Estate, P.O. Letekujan , Dist .-Golaghat Vs- the 101 permanent workers of Bogidhala Tea Estate, Golaghat .
In whereas it is considered expedient by the Government of Assam to refer the dispute for adjudication to Presiding Officer, Labour Court , Dibrugarh, constituted under Section 7-A of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 (Act XIV of 1947) .
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause ( c) / ( d) Sub- Section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( Act- XIV of 1947 ) as amended the Governor of Assam is pleased to refer the said Dispute to the Presiding Officer , Labour Court , Dibrugarh appointed under the provisions of the said Act .

5. Whether in case of the management is not justified to declare and continuing the 2nd lock- out , then whether the workers are entitled to get full back wages and other benefits for the said lock - out period ?
