No. DCTM . 2/2014/ 50. - Whereas it is observed from the records that Bamunpukhuri Gaon Panchayat Samabay Samity Ltd. registered under the Assam Coop : Societies Act- 2007 ( Act IV of 2012 ) bearing registration No. T- 39 of 2013-2014dtd . 04.11.2013 .
Whereas the society has ceased functioning since long and the members have not taken step for its revival .
AND
Whereas inspection under section 88 ( 1 ) of the Assam Coop; Societies Act . ( 2007 ) reveals that the society leaves no scope for its revival and suggests for liquidation .
Now , I Sri P. K. Das , Dist . Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies , Sonitpur , Tezpur is of opinion that the registration of the Society ought to be cancelled .
Therefore , in exercise of power conferred under Section 94 (2) of the Assam Coop: Societies Act.2007 ( Act . IV of 2012 ) , I do hereby cancel the registration of the Society.
Further, in exercise of power conferred under section 95 Sub Section ( 1 ) of the said Act. , I do hereby appoint the liquidator of the Coop: Societies , Tezpur to be the Liquidator of the said society . All claims against the said Society must be submitted to the liquidator with 30 (Thirty ) days from publication of this notice .

He will be entitled to remuneration as per table of fees prescribed in schedule -IV of the Assam Muslim Marriages & Divorces Registration Act , 1935 and as per provision laid down in Rule 20 and 23 of the Rule framed under the said Act. During the period of incumbency as Muslim Marriage Registrar , he will not be allowed to hold any other salaried appointment without permission from the District Registrar. He will be confirmed after passing the Departmental Examination as provided in Rule 7 of the above Rules . If he fails to pass the Departmental Examination within 3 (three ) years from the date of his appointment on probation , he shall be removed from his office .

2. The Contractor must submitte the work done certificate of similar nature of work value not less than 40% ofthe estimated cost , completed in last 3 ( three ) years , issued by the authorized engineer in -charge .
3. If for any reason , the last date of receipt and issue of tender papers falls on a holiday or non working day , tender papers will be issued and received on subsequent working day .
4. Rate is to be quoted both in figures and words legibly as " As per " or percentage above / below the schedule of rates for roads , bridges & culverts for rural roads for all divisions under APWD ( R) Assam for 2017-18 and under APWD ( B ) Assam for the year 2013-14 or the rates in the Annexure of NIT.
5. The contractor must deposit Earnest money @ 2 % , 1 % in case of ST, SC , OBC & UDE /(UGE) on tender value in the form of call deposit/ Bank draft/ FDR duly pledged to the undersigned along with tender , without which tende will be rejected straightway.
6. The undersigned reserves all the right to reject or accept the tenders in respect of rates being quoted as per , above and below by the intending tenderer without assigning any reason thereof.
7. Terms & Conditions will as per printed " F - 2 " Form .
8. Payment will be made subject to availability of fund under concern head .
9. All machineries and materials will have to be arranged by the contractor himself.
