Shri Madan Mohan Deuri Bharali , SDAO ( Agmark ) , Ulubari , was placed under suspension vide Govt . order No.AGA.278 / 2019 / 5 , dated 11-07-2019 .
Whereas suspension period of Shri Madan Mohan Deuri Bharali , SDAO ( Agmark ) , Ulubari was extended for 3 (three ) months with effect from 11-06-2019.
Whereas , it is decided by the appointing authority that reinstatement of Shri Madan Mohan Deuri Bharali , SDAO ( Agmark ) , Ulubari , Assam at this stage may not be in the interest of the public service .

No. DCTO . 94/2019/24.- Whereas it is observed from the records that Nameri Agro. Producers Cooperative Society ltd . registered under the Assam Coop : Societies Act -2007 (ActIV of 2012) bearing registration No. T- 29/2017 dtd. 19.08.2017.
Whereas the society has ceased functioning since long and the members have not taken step for its revival .
AND
Whereas inspection under section 88 ( 1 ) of the Assam Coop; Societies Act . (2007) reveals that the society leaves no scope for its revival and suggests for liquidation .
Now , I Sri P. K. Das , Dist . Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies , Sonitpur , Tezpur is of opinion that the registration of the Society ought to be cancelled .
Therefore , in exercise of power conferred under Section 94 ( 2) of the Assam Coop: Societies Act . 2007 (Act . IV of 2012) , I do hereby cancel the registration of the Society .
Further, in exercise of power conferred under section 95 Sub Section ( 1 ) of the said Act . , I do hereby appoint the liquidator of the Coop: Societies , Tezpur to be the Liquidator of the said society . All claims against the said Society mustbe submitted to the liquidator with 30 (Thirty ) days from publication of this notice .

No. GMC.2 / 2020/3 . - Chief Engineer, P.W.D. Building , Assam invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed Sub - Soil Investigation Agencies for empanelment for the year 2020-21 for providing Sub Soil/ Geo - technical Investigation works of the department.
Details may be seen at e - procurement portal website i.e. www.assamtenders.gov.in . and also in the office of the undersigned during office hours from 23rd March, 2020 to 30th March , 2020.
Interested Sub - Soil Investigation Agencies may apply with their credentials /informations/ testimonials in prescribed format as available in the website . They are also require to pay an amount of Rs. 10,000.00 ( Rupees ten thousand ) only for the purpose in the form of bank draft in favour of Executive Engineer , PWD , Guwahati Building Division - I, payable at Guwahati . Applications received without the amount as above will not be considered for empanelment .
The application for the same along with hard copies of the prescribed format downloaded from the website i.e. www.assamtenders.gov.in . are to be sent to the office of the undersigned super- scribing on the top of the envelope " Expression of interest for Empanelment of SSI Agencies . The last date of submission of application is 7th April , 2020 ( 3:00 PM).
The duration of the empanelment will be valid up to 31st March , 2021 .
The earlier EOI published vide this office No.GMC 2/2020/2 , dated 27th February, 2020 may be treated as cancelled .
