Note:

2. Online submission of Technical & Financial Bid is mandatory . Manual submission ( without online submission) ofbid will be considered as non responsive . At the time of submitting bid documents , the bidders will have to submit the following documents along with their bid, else their bid will be summarily rejected ( i ) Valid APWD Contractors Registration Certificate (ii ) GST registration ( iii ) PAN card ( IV) Deed , Power of Attorney etc , as required ( v ) Labour Licence vi ) Antitermite Licence /tie - up agreement ( viii ) Employment Provident Fund ( EPF ) registration etc.
11. The bidders should submit valid Electrical License for executing electrification works of the project and should have executed similar nature electrical Works for minimum amount of Rs.14,00,000/ - ( Rupees fourteen lakh) in a single job . In case the bidders are not in possession of such License , the bidders must enter into a collaboration/ tie - up agreement with such License holder having requisite experience . Necessary documents should be furnished along with the bid .
12. Registered Contractor/ Firm / Private Limited company having experience of single work of similar nature or RCC Civil work of value Rs.1,58,93,000/- ( Rupees one crore fifty eight lakh ninety three thousand ) in any one oflast 5 ( five) years and Average Annual Financial Turnover of not less than Rs . Rs.1,58,93,000/ - ( Rupees one crore fifty eight lakh ninety three thousand ) in any one of last 5 ( five ) years are eligible to Participate in the Tender.
13. The contractors shall be responsible for defect liability period of 12 ( twelve ) months after the handing over of the project. An undertaking should be submitted by the tenderer to this effect .
14. Taxes as per rule in force will be deducted from the bill of organization / firm at the time of payment .
15. The authority is not bound to accept and make allotment to the lowest tenderer and reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders received without assigning any reason .
16. Tenderers must submit a detailed work plan for completion of the work within the stipulated time of completion i.e Bar chart along with the tender papers .

Phase II : Against each vacancy , four candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test . After the written test , the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a Computer Practical Test in the respective place of vacancies . The Computer (Practical ) Test will be of 50 Marks . They will have to bring all the original testimonials i.e. Age proof Certificate , Educational Qualification certificates and Mark sheet, Computer Proficiency Certificate , Employment Exchange Registration Certificate , Disability Certificate ( in case of PwD candidates).
4. Terms and Conditions :
1 ) Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 38 years of age of age as on 01/01/2020 . The Upper age is relaxable as per Govt . norms to SC/ ST and persons with disabilities .
2) The Application must be accompanied by the followings:
