No. DCTG . 29/2020/3.- Whereas it is observed from the records that the Behali Garden Trading Coop: S.S. Ltd. registered under the Assam Coop: Societies Act - 2007 (Act IV of 2012) Bearing registration No. B - 234 of 2016-2017dt. 23.12.2016 .

Whereas the society has ceased functioning since long and the members have not taken step for its revival

AND Whereas inspection under section 88 ( 1 ) of the Assam Coop ; Societies Act . ( 2007 ) reveals that the society leaves no scope for its revival and suggests for liquidation.

Now , I Sri P. K. Das , Dist. Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies , Sonitpur , Tezpur is of opinion that the registration of the Society ought to be cancelled.

No.HC.XI - 09 / 2015/ 3 / RC.- In exercise of the powers vested in the High Court under Section 122 of the Code of Civil Procedure , the Gauhati High Court is hereby pleased to make the following amendment to the Gauhati High Court Civil Courts Commissioners Rules , 2015 , hereinafter referred to as the Principal Rules , namely:

(i) These Rules may be called the Gauhati High Court Civil Courts Commissioners (Amendment ) Rules , 2020 .

(ii) It shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette .

(iii) In clause ( i) of Rule 10 in the Principal Rules , the following shall be substituted :

"(i ) A Commissioner shall be entitled to a fee of Rs . 500 ( Rupees five hundred ) per witness and additional Rs.300 ( Rupees Three Hundred ) if cross examination of the witness is continued beyond one day.

Further, the Advocate Commissioner shall be entitled to a lump sum amount of Rs.1000 (RupeesOne Thousand) against each case to meet the stationary and miscellaneous expenses . "

Phase II : Against each vacancy , four candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test . After the written test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a Computer Practical Test in the respective place of vacancies . The Computer (Practical ) Test will be of 50 Marks . They will have to bring all the original testimonials i.e. Age proof Certificate , Educational Qualification certificates and Mark sheet , Computer Proficiency Certificate , Employment Exchange Registration Certificate , Disability Certificate ( in case of PwD candidates) .

4. Terms and Conditions :

1 ) Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 38 years of age of age as on 01/01/2020. The Upper age is relaxable as per Govt . norms to SC /ST and persons with disabilities .

2) The Application must be accompanied by the followings:

( a) Copies of all certificates and valid employment exchange Registration Card .

(b) Two Copies of self attested recent passport size colour photograph

(d) Disability certificate ( in case of PwD candidates) .

QUOTATION NOTICE FOR THE YEAR 2020-21

No. KP ( R)/ Q/ Annual Quotation Tender /2020-21 . - Sealed quotation affixing non - refundable court fee stamp of Rs . 8.25 ( Rupees eight and paisa twenty five ) only are invited from the intending contractors / firms / suppliers registered under Assam Police Headquarters , Ulubari , Guwahati . However , ontractors / firms / suppliers who have applied for the registration to Assam Police Headquarters , Ulubari , Guwahati but not yet registered may also submit quotation ( for the year only ) for supply of Electrical Goods /Building and Hardware Material /Mise articles as per enclosed Annexures for the financial year 2020-21 to the office of the Superintendent of Police , Kamrup , Amingaon. The quotation will be received upto 13.00 hrs . on 24th August , 2020 and will be opened on the same day at 14.30 hrs . in presence of willing quotationer or their authorized agent .

Each quotation must be accompanied by Earnest Money of Rs.15000/ - ( Rupees fifteen thousand) only duly pledged in favour of Superintendent of Police , Kamrup , Amingaon in the form of NSC / KVP / FDR etc. The earnest money will be refundable to the unsuccessful quotation after the finalization of the contract and will be refunded to the successful quotation after the supply is completed for the current financial year . If the successful quotation failed to supply the materials articles with the stipulated time then the earnest money will be liable to be forfeited .

The successful quotation must have in a position to supply the articles / materials according to our demand within 3 (three ) days from the date of receipt of the formal order at the office of the Superintendent of Police , Kamrup , Amingaon . No extra charges will be paid to the supplier for carrying the articles to the headquarters .

The quotationer must be types or written in Ink and quotationer should quote their rates in both word and figure items wise . Any correction should be duly initiated . Rates should be quoted exclusive of GST.

TheQuotationer must submit PAN Card, up -to date Trade License , GST registration Certificate , Soundness Certificate of Institutional Bank/Nationalized Bank and up - to date Income tax certificate with their quotation .

"Quotation for supply of Electrical Goods /Building & Hardware Material/ Mise articles " must be written on the sealed envelop. The rates in the quotation should be final for the entire financial year 2020-21 in respect of the rates in the market . Payment will be made on availability of fund and no extra charge will be entertained for any late payment .

The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rates in the quotation and reserves the right to reject any or all the quotation without assigning any reason thereof.
