Advertisements issued by the Govt . Departments/ Offices , State Govt . undertakings and other statutory bodies . This registration shall not be construed as any measure of part thereof for any financial assistance from Govt . and that it does not confer any right to claim Govt . advertisements as a matter of right . It is also not intended to be a measure of any financial assistance from Govt . It is further clarified that this registration shall not be construed as means or measures for management , publication or survival etc. of the newspaper .

No. ACL /43 /2004.- In pursuance of Notification No. ACL/ 43 / 2004/ 582-646 , dated 08/01/2020 the rate of VDA to be paid to workman employed by and through contractors as mentioned below in respect of cases which are not covered under Minimum Wages Act , 1948 and where the workmen employedby the contractors do not perform the same or similar nature of work as done by workers , directly employed by the Principal Employers of the establishment . The following rates are fixed on the 100% rise on average all India Consumer Price Index ( base 2001-100 ) from the period July , 2019 ( CPI Points 319 ) to December , 2019 ( CPI Points 330) .
Now it is hereby, notified that, following VDA shall be payable to the following categories in the table calculated below w.e.f. 01/01/2020.
