No. MI.88/2020/Pt ./100.- With reference to the decision of MCC Screening Committee issued vide Memo No. GAG ( B ) 85/ 2021 / dated 23.03.2021 in the interest of public service , Shri Ramen Lal Baishya , Assistant Director , Tea Board of India is posted as Deputy Secretary to the Govt . of Assam , Industries& Commerce Department on deputation basis for a period of 3 ( three ) years in the scale of pay of Rs.30,000/- -1,10,000/ - per month and Grade Pay Rs.15,700/ - ( PB - 4) plus other allowances as admissible , with effect from his date of reporting i.e. , 01.03.2021 .
Further , on his appointment as Deputy Secretary to the Govt . of Assam , Industries & Commerce Department , Shri Ramen Lal Baishya , Assistant Director , Tea Board of India will also hold the additional charge of Director of Tea , Assam . After completion of his deputation , he shall return back to his parent organization .

No. FRE.141 / 2020/14.- Whereas , the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Admn . & Vig) , O/ o the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Assam vide letter No.FE.22 / 11 /Retirement benefits / FR/2020 dated 08.10.2020 has forwarded an application in respect of Shri Gaithai Kammei , Forest Ranger , i/ c Gharmurah Range under Hailakandi Division who applied for Voluntary retirement from Govt . service with effect from 01.11.2020 on medical ground vide his application No. GM/Esstt / 2020 / 69 dated 02.08.2020 ; and Whereas , Shri Gaithai Kammei , Forest Ranger has completed 34 years 07 months of service and attained the eligible age as on 31.10.2020 as per Finance ( Estt . - A) Department's O.M. No. FEG.118 /75 /Pt/4 dtd . 12.09.1984; And therefore , after careful consideration of the above matter , the Governor of Assam is pleased to accord approval for voluntary retirement under the provision of FR 56 ( C ) of Fundamental Rules & Subsidiary Rules in respect of Shri Gaithai Kammei , Forest Ranger with effect from 01.11.2020 ( AM ) subject to the conditions as laid down in the provision of Rule 21 of the Assam Services (Pension ) Rules , 1969.
All his pensionary benefits will be released on receipt of the concrete proposal from the Principal Chief Conservator Forests & HoFF , Assam .
