No. GLR . 56 / 2021 / 24. - Whereas an Industrial disputes has arisen in the matter specified in the Schedule below between the Management of M/ S . 1. Luxmi Group Tea Estate, 2. Lepetkatta Tea Estate, 3. Moran Tea Estate, 4. Sepon Tea Estate and 5. Dirai Tea Estate of Dibrugarh District - Vs -Retired employees of these gardens represented by thePresident/ Secretary , Assam Chah Karmachar Sangha , Dibrugarh & Moran Circle.
In whereas it is considered expedient by the Government of Assam to refer the dispute for adjudication to Presiding Officer, Labour Court , Dibrugarh constituted under Section 7-A of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 (Act XIV of 1947 .
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause ( c ) Sub- Section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( Act - XIV of 1947 ) as amended the Governor of Assam is pleased to refer the said Dispute to the Presiding Officer, Labour Court , Dibrugarh appointed under the provisions of the said act .
