Now, therefore, in the interest of public service , the Governor of Assam is satisfied that Shri Jatin Chandra Das , APS , Dy. SP (Border) , Dhubri is deemed to have been suspended with effect from 31-05- 2021 ( i.e. date of arrest ) upon his arrest exceeding a period of 48 ( forty eight) hours pending drawal of Departmental Proceedings;
Accordingly, the Governor of Assam is pleased to place Shri Jatin Chandra Das , APS , Dy . SP (Border) , Dhubri , under suspension under Rule 6 (2) of the Assam Services ( Discipline & Appeal ) Rules , 1964 with effect from his date of arrest i.e. 31-05-2021 .

2. The committee shall , if required, carry out fresh delineation of the Nameri- Sonai Rupai- Arimora (NSA ) Elephant corridors .
3. The traditional elephant movement routes are to be taken into consideration during the delineation .
4. The committee shall hold meetings/ discussions with the public and stakeholders for delineating the corridors .
5. The committee can co - opt any other member/ s to the committee as and when required.
6. The logistic support to the committee shall be arranged from the o/o the PCCF and HoFF , Assam .
7. The committee shall submit its report within 2 months from the date of notification.
8. The committee shall be interim in nature .
