The terms of reference of ASEPC will be as indicated below:
1. The ASEPC would be an advisory body under Industries & Commerce Department for facilitating exports as wellasresolving issues faced by exporters .
2. The Council shall facilitate interdepartmental coordination , formulation of policy for export promotion and regular review of progress of various export infrastructure works , implementation of export promotion schemes,monitoring of export promotion councils and overall export performances .

Whereas , the Inquiry Officer after causing the inquiry into the charges , submitted his report to the Disciplinary Authority vide Memo No.2nd AFPF /R/ 2021 /49 dated 04/01/2021 , wherein the Inquiry Officer concluded that the charges of serious misconduct and dereliction of duty is partially proved .
Now therefore, after careful examination of the report of the Inquiry Officer and materials on records and also in consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and lapses committed by Smti . Sabita Das , APS , the Governor of Assam is pleased to decide that the infliction of minor penalty of " Censure" will meet the end ofjustice .
