No. 26 (99 )/92/152.- Whereas it is observed from the records that Lakhimpur BMSS Ltd. , registered under the Assam Coop : Societies Act 2007 (Act IV of 2012) bearing registration No.M -63/1992-93dtd. 6thJune , 1992 .
Whereas the society has ceased functioning since long and the members have not taken step for its revival
AND
Whereas inspection under section 88 ( 1 ) of the Assam Coop : Societies Act (2007) reveals that the society leaves no scope for its revival and suggests for liquidation .
Now, I Sri P. K. Das , Dist . Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies , Darrang , Mangaldai is of opinion that the registration of the Society ought to be cancelled.
Therefore , in exercise of power conferred under Section 94 (2 ) of the Assam Coop : Societies Act.2007 (Act IV of 2012) , I do hereby cancel the registration of the society.
Further, in exercise of power conferred under Section 95 Sub - Section ( 1 ) of the said Act . , I do hereby appoint the liquidator of the Coop: Societies, Darrang to be the Liquidator of the said society. All claims against the said Society must be submitted to the liquidator with 30 (Thirty ) days from publication of this notice .

Now, in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6 ( 2) 2.2.1 of the Assam Services (Discipline& Appeal ) Rules , 1964, Sri Bijoy Das , Junior Engineer ( Civil ) , O/O the Executive Engineer, PWD Guwahati Building Division - II , S/ O Late Narendra Chandra Das , R/O Vill- Kulhati , P/S - Hajo , Dist.- Kamrup ( M) is deemed to have been suspended with effect from the date of his detention i.e. 08-10- 2021 pending drawal of Departmental Proceeding against him .
It isnot permissible for him without previous sanction of the Government to accept private employment or to do business while under suspension in view of the Rule 12 of the Assam Civil Service ( Conduct ) Rules , 1965. If while under suspension he accepts private employment , does business in violation of Rule 12 of the Assam Civil Services ( Conduct ) Rules ,1965 , he will be guilty of misconduct and will be liable to be dealt with accordingly . He is also liable in that case to forfeit his claim for subsistence allowance . The Head Quarter of Sri Bijoy Das , Junior Engineer ( C) during the period of suspension will be Rangia . He will not leave the Head Quarter without prior written permission of the competent authority .

No.SWD.153/ 2021/30. - In pursuance of Para 8 ( ii ) of the guidelines of the Chief Minister's Sishu Seva Scheme notified vide CMS.102 /2021 /25 dated 18/08/2021 and in order to implement the provisions of the said Scheme , the following actionable points are notified for strict compliance:
1. On identification of a child under the age of 15 years , whose parents have died of Covid- 19 in the first or second wave or a child whose single surviving parent died of Covid- 19 in the first or second wave , the District Child Protection Officer (DCPO ) shall produce the child before the Child Welfare Committee within 24 hours as laid down in the proviso to Section 31 ( 1 ) of the Juvenile Justice ( Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 .
2. If the child is without an extended family/ guardian , the Deputy Commissioner of the District with the help of the District Social Welfare Officer ( DSWO ) and DCPO shall arrange to house him/ her in a reputed Child Care Institution ( CCI ) , either in the same district or in any other district, as the case may be . Cost of local conveyance/ transportation shall be borne by District Child Protection Unit (DCPU) concerned .
3. The DSWO/ DCPO shall arrange for the uninterrupted schooling of the child in either the same school where he / she was studying or in case , the child is required to be housed in a different district , it should be ensured that his / her schooling continues uninterruptedly in a school of similar standard in which he / she was studying in consultation with officials ofElementary & Secondary Education Department .
4. The DCPOs of the districts together with the DSWOs shall ensure the maintenance , upkeep and education of the orphans lodged in the CCIs .
This Notification is issued in terms with the instructions contained in CMS . 102/2021/26 dated 24/08/2021 from Additional Secretary to Chief Minister , Assam .
