(ATCL), the Governor of Assam is pleased to relieve Smti. Rani Katharpi, ACS Secretary to the Government of Assam, Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprise Department as one of the Directors of the Board of Directors of Assam Tea Corporation Ltd. and as the Managing Director, Assam Tea Corporation Ltd. on being transferred with immediate effect.

No. BTC/LR-147/2019/Pt.I/96-A.- In pursuance of the Government Notification vide No. AAA.16/ 2016/152-A dt. 13th July, 2021 and No.PRD-12011/2/2021-PRD(B)/30-A dated 23rd July, 2021, Shri Charan Narzary, ALRS (DR-2021), Circle Officer (A) and I/c Circle Officer, Sidli Revenue Circle, District - Chirang is hereby released from the Bodoland Territorial Council so as to enable him to join at his new place of posting. Shri Charan Narzary, ALRS is directed to hand over the charge of Sidli Revenue Circle with immediate effect.

No. KAAC/TCA/Z.K.T.C/2020-21/335.- In pursuance of the Notification No.KAAC/TCA/ Z.K.T.C./2020-21/286, dated 20th January, 2021 and in pursuance of Chapter II Composition and duration of Town Committee 4 (I) of the Karbi Anglong District (Constitution of Town Committees) Rules, 1954 and 8 (I) of the Karbi Anglong District (Constitution of Town Committees) Rules 1958, the authority of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council, Diphu is pleased to constitute adhoc Zirikendeng Town Committee with the following Members as indicated below with immediate effect.

Further, oath of affirmation to the newly appointed Chairman/Vice Chairman and Ward Commissioner of Zirikendeng Town Committee is fixed on 26th August, 2021 at Zirikendeng Community Hall at 11.00 A.M. Shri Sonasing Terang, Deputy Secretary & OSD Hamren Branch Secretariat is appointed as Returning Officer of Zirikendeng Town Committee and authorized him to oath of affirmation to the newly elected Chairman/Vice Chairman & Ward Commissioner of Zirikendeng Town Committee.

Futher, oath of affirmation to the newly appointed Chairman/Vice Chairman and Ward Commissioner of Dhansiri Town Committee is fixed on 15th November, 2021 at Dhansiri Transport Counter Complex at 11.00 A.M. Shri Dipanjit Baruah, Under Secretary, KAAC, Diphu is appointed as Returning Officer of Dhansiri Town Committee and authorized him to oath of affirmation to the newly appointed Chairman/Vice Chairman & Ward Commissioner of Dhansiri Town Committee.
