No. CGDG(A).1/2021/319.- Whereas it reveals from the records that the Hirimbapuri Mahila Silpa Cooperative Society Ltd. fails to comply with the provisions of Assam Cooperative Societies, Act. 2007 and whereas the Society fails to reply to the show cause notice served vide this office letter No. CGDG(A).1/2021/318 Dated 3rd August, 2021. I. Mrs. A Chakrabarty District Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Kamrup, Guwahati, do hereby cancelled the registration of the Society bearing No. G. 6/2002-2003 Dated 23rd June, 2002. As per provision of Section 94 of the Assam Cooperative Societies Act. 2007 and appoint the Liquidator of Cooperative Societies, Guwahati as Liquidator of the aforesaid society as per provision of Section 95 (1).

The Charge of all Assets and liabilities of the society will have to be handed over to the Liquidator within 2 (Two) months of serving this order.
