During the period of incumbency as Muslim Marriage Registrar, he will not be allowed to hold any other salaried appointment without permission from the District Registrar. He will be confirmed after passing the Departmental Examination as provided in Rule 7 of the above Rules. If he fails to pass the Departmental Examination within 3 (three) years from the date of his appointment on probation, he shall be removed from his office.
