No. ITFC 14/2022/100.- Subject to discharge without notice and assigning any reason thereof and as per recommendation by the APSC for selection of suitable candidates vide letter No. 30 PSC/CON/ Exam-06/2021-2022 dated 3rd February, 2022 the following candidates are appointed temporarily as Exploration Officer (Grade II) in the Directorate of Archaeology, Assam in the scale of pay band 3, Rs. 22000-297000/- p.m and Grade Pay of Rs. 11,800/- plus other allowances as admissible from time to time with effect from the date of joining the post.

The service of the appointees will be governed by the New Pension Act-2005 and the other retirement benefits will be provided as defined under New Pension Contribution vide O.M. No. BW.7/2008/Pt/40 dated 6th October, 2009.

The appointment is subject to production of Medical Fitness Certificate of Health from the Joint Director of Health Services of the District concerned. He/She should produce all necessary certificates in original including Caste Certificate in respect of reserved category persons, for verification at the time of joining without which he/she will not be allowed to join.

He/She should join within 15(fifteen) days from the date of receipt of this order failing which her appointment will stand cancelled.

QUOTATION NOTICE FOR THE YEAR 2022-23

No. KP(R)/Q/Annual Quotation Tender/2022/84.- Sealed quotation affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs.8.25 (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only are invited from the intending contractors/firms/suppliers registered under Assam Police Headquarters, Ulubari, Guwahati. However, contractors/firms/suppliers who have applied for the registration to Assam Police Headquarters, Ulubari, Guwahati but not yet registered may also submit quotation (for the year only) for supply of Electrical Goods/Building and Hardware Materials/Mise. articles as per enclosed Annexures for the financial year 2022-23 to the office of the Superintendent of Police, Kamrup, Amingaon. The quotation will be received up to 13:00 hrs. on 2nd May, 2022 and will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hrs.

Terms & Conditions :

1. Each quotation must be accompanied by Earnest Money of Rs.15000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) only duly pledged in favour of Superintendent of Police, Kamrup, Amingaon in the form of NSC/KVP /CD /FDR etc. The earnest money will be refundable to the unsuccessful quotation after the finalization of the contract and will be refunded to the successful quotation after the supply is completed for the current financial year. If the successful quotation failed to supply the materials/ articles with the stipulated time then the earnest money will be liable to be forfeited.

2. The successful quotation must have in a position to supply the articles/materials according to our demand within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the formal order at the office of the Superintendent of Police, Kamrup, Amingaon. No extra charges will be paid to the supplier for carrying the articles to the headquarters.

3. The quotationer must be typed or written in Ink and quotationer should quote their rates in both word and figure items wise. Any correction should be duly initiated. Rates should be quoted exclusive of GST.

4. The Quotationer must submit valid copy of the Contractor Registration Certificate (A or B whichever is required) issued by the Assam Police Headquarters, Ulubari, Guwhati-7.

PAN Card. up-to date Trade License, GST registration certificate, Soundness Certificate of Institutional Bank/ Nationalized Bank and up-to-date income tax certificate with their quotation.

5. "Quotation for supply of Electrical Goods/Building & Hardware Material/Misc. articles" must be written on the sealed envelope. The rates in the quotation should be finalized according to the market rates for the entire financial year 2022-23. Payment will be made on availability of fund and no extra charge will be entertained for any late payment.

6. The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rates in the quotation and reserves the right to reject any or all the quotation without assigning any reason thereof.
