Ltd., CF-366, Salt Lake City, Sector-I, Kolkata-64-Vs-Shri Naresh Prasand and Shri Jitul Rahman represented by the General Secretary, Shilpa Shramik Union, Tinsukia.
In whereas it is considered expedient by the Government of Assam to refer the dispute for adjdiction to Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Dibrugarh, constituted under Section 7-A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Act XIV of 1947).
