No. PHED-915/2011/Pt-I/37.- In the interest of Public Service, on recommendation of the Selection Board and subject to reversion without notice and without assigning any reason thereof, the following officers in the rank of Assistant Engineer (PHE) as shown below are promoted temporarily to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (PHE), in the Pay scale of Rs.30,000/- to Rs.l,l0,000/- P.M.in the Pay Band-4 with grade pay of Rs.13,300/- plus other allowances as admissible under Rules and posted against the vacancies as indicated below against his/her name with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

This is in pursuance of the approval of Hon 'ble Cabinet in its meeting held on 7th March, 2022.

The Building permission would only be required, where the area falls under any Development Authority.

In such cases, Department of Housing and Urban Affairs will provide Technical Support to Gaon Panchayat, Anchalik Panchayat and Zilla Parishad Authorities and fees collected would be shared on 50:50 basis between both the Authorities. Application for permission for construction of building in such areas under any Development Authority, but fully under Gaon Panchayat, may be filed in the concerned Gaon Panchayat Office which will then be forwarded to the concerned Development Authority for issuing necessary permission after due verification and realization of required fees.

This will come into effect from the date of issuance of this Notification.
