(d) whether the facility of appropriate kitchen food is available or not;

(e) whether proper sanitation is preserved and maintained in jail campus

or not;

(f) whether the provision of bunk beds in all the wards of the jail exists or

not;

The Committee shall take all necessary steps including applying for speedy trial of the jail inmates to ease out the total population and congestion in the jails. The Committee shall consider any other aspect which may come to the notice of the Committee during its visit. After the visit the Committee shall submit a separate report jail wise to the Hon'ble High Court.

However, they may consider to surrender this benefit of full salary and apply for a job under the scheme subject to fullfillment of other conditions.

4. The eligible and qualified NoKs will be screened by a Screening Committee constituted as follows :

No. EK/STY/Tender/2023-24/264-75.- Sealed quotation affixing non-refundable Court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paise twenty five) only are invited from the intending Contractors/ Firms/Suppliers registered under Assam Police Headquarters, Ulubari, Guwahati. The quotation will be received upto 13:00 hrs. of 10th March, 2023 and will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hrs. in presence of willing quotationer or their authorized agents.

Each quotation must be accompanied by Earnest Money of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand) only duly pledged in favour of Superintendent of Police, Kamrup, Amingaon in the form of NSC/ KVP/FDR etc. The earnest money will be refundable to the unsuccessful quotationer after the finalization of the Contract and will be refunded to the successful quotationer after the supply is completed for the current financial year. If the successful quotationer failed to supply the materials/ articles with the stipulated time then the earnest money will be liable to be forfeited.

The proper rates for individual items should be compared with prevailing local market rates.

The successful quotationer must have in a position to supply the articles according to our demand within 3(three) days from the date of receipt of the formal order at the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Kamrup, Amingaon. No extra charges will be paid to the supplier for carrying the articles to the headquarters.

Henceforth, she will be known as Navya Prakash instead of Navya for all purposes.
