ANNUAL TENDER NOTICE

No.CDO/Q/Misc/Annual Tender/101/2023-24/1-10.- Sealed quotation affixing court fees stamp of Rs.8.25 (Rupees Eight and Twenty Five Paise) only are invited from the intending supplier for supply of miscellaneous articles/Electrical goods/Building Materials & Sports Items to the office of the undersigned during the financial year 2023-24 and will be received by undersigned on 17th March, 2023 at 12:00 hrs. and will be opened on the same day 14:00 hrs.

The quotation must be written in ink or typed and no over writing/correction made should be initiated the rates of all items size wise with name of brand & Company inclusive of all taxes and charges should be given as per tender notice. The rates quoted by the tender for all items must be tallied with the market rates which is genuine.

The tenderer should submit up to date GST Registration Certificate, Firms Registration Certificate/ PAN Card/Income Tax Clearance Certificate and without which Tender will not be accepted. The Firm must be Registration from Assam Police H.Q. Assam Ulubari, Guwahati.

The ward Quotation for supply of Miscellaneous articles, Goods, Sports, items and Building Materials must be written on the top of the sealed cover containing the quotation. The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rate of the tenderer if it is not found to be reasonable. He also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without Assigning thereof.

The tenderer must submit earnest money of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only the NSC/ KVP/ Bank Draft any recognize Bank in favour of the Commandant Assam Commando Battalion, Mandakata, North Guwahati - 30 along with the tender. The successful tenderer must supply the articles to the office of the undersigned at his own cost within 3 (Three) days from the date of placing indent etc. The articles to be supplied must be quality reputed brands.
