Ltd., Unit No. 4, Bonda Industrial Complex, Guwahati-781026, Kamrup (M), Assam-VS-Sri Sunil Yadav, Sri Akash Nath and other workmen.

In whereas it is considered expedient by the Government of Assam to refer the dispute for adjudication to Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Guwahati constituted under Section 7- A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Act XIV of 1947).
