I, Lalita Bose wife of Late Ranjit Narayan Bose an inhabitant of Village -East Lumding School Road, P.O.-Lumding, P.S.- Lumding in the District of Nagaon have changed my name from Lalita Bose to Pakhirani Bose by swearing an affidavit in the Court of Additional District Magistrate at Nagaon on dated 7th July, 2023.

Henceforth, I shall be known as Pakhirani Bose instead of Lalita Bose for all purposes.
